I was paying twice just to use my own voice.

One subscription helped me dictate because typing slows me down. Another captured meetings. Both solved a real problem, but together they became one more monthly tax on moving fast.

So we built the tool we wanted to own. One small macOS app for dictation, meetings, and voice memory. Local transcription by default. Plain files at the end. Open source so the people using it can inspect it, shape it, and keep it alive.

Your voice is not raw material for somebody else.

Speech-to-text runs on your Mac with WhisperKit. Clowhi has no account, no telemetry, and no server collecting what you say. You choose where the resulting text goes.

// For meeting summaries, transcript text can go to Anthropic through your own API key. The audio never does, and your key stays in the macOS Keychain.
